I love all the marble statues.

They seem so foreign to me,

almost exotic,

they are the opposite of what I could be…

Porcelain originated from the east,

moved,

evolved,

and spread to the globe.

Involuntarily I project my own history to porcelain.

Porcelain could look like marble,

when verified and exposed.

Limitations arise due to their differences,

in material and technical process.
